The challenge
Council and chapter administration depended heavily on manual work, scattered sheets, and repeated follow-ups. That made it harder to keep membership, dues, IDs, and announcements aligned.
The outcome
Performance metrics are not disclosed by the client. The system gives the organization a centralized operational layer for day-to-day management across the council and its chapters.
